INTERNAL ASSESSMENT

HIGHER GROUND'S PROCESS INCLUDES A THOROUGH INTERNAL ASSESSMENT OF YOUR COMPANY, WHERE WE DISCOVER YOUR COMPANY’S VALUES AND PURPOSE, THEN ACTIVATE THEM TO BUILD A POWERFUL CORPORATE CULTURE.

Define Your Values
At the outset of the process, we uncover your values through a series of stakeholder interviews. Then, our Values Assessment tool determines how well your company complies to its values. Simultaneously, we identify strengths and weaknesses of trust in the organization using our Employee TrustPulse™ survey.
